Horse Practice-Ride Lease Agreement

Red

Red

Lease Only

13yo, 15.3 hand appendix gelding, although beginner safe, really needs an intermediate rider to get the most out of him.  Very athletic, but needs to be asked. Loves to trail ride, but also enjoys jumping, dressage, and western patterns.  Extremely well trained.  Prefers his own person, to our lesson program.  Lease only.

Mabel

Maarah

Maarah

For Sale - Arabian - $750

Maarah is a rescue. We got her (and 5 others) over the winter, in poor, malnourished condition, from a super sad situation. We are not a rescue, but just a bunch of horse owners with big hearts, that felt the need to help these horses. Currently Maarah is a good weight, up to date on everything, and absolutely beautiful. She is a quieter type Arabian, and believed to be out of Bay Rum line, although I do not have papers on her. She is more stand offish until she gets to know you, then super sweet and willing to do anything. She would really be best suited for someone who really wants to bond and spend allot of time with their horse. As Maarah is one that needs a relationship to work and perform her best. I think her potential is unlimited for the right person. She is sound and no known health issues. Her progress has been slow but steady with our volunteers. She is a favorite, because of her need to bond. Really seems to like our versatility obstacles. Can live in or out. Currently living out with access to 3 sided shed with 3 other mares. She is bottom of pecking order, but won't let them bully her either. Asking a small rehoming fee to good home only. Will go with contract.

Mishanock

Mishanock

For Sale - Arabian - $750

Mishanock aka "Little Mac" is a rescue. We got him (and 5 others) over the winter, in poor, malnourished condition, from a super sad situation. We are not a rescue, but just a bunch of horse owners with big hearts, that felt the need to help these horses. Currently Little Mac is a good weight, up to date on everything, and absolutely stunning. Mac came to us a stallion and has since been gelded. He is now able to be turned out next to other horses. He is an incredible mover and very fast learner. He is a total cuddle bug and loves being groomed or just hanging out. To our understanding he is Egyptian bred, so he is the typical level headed, eager to please horse, which is so classic to those lines. Unfortunately shortly after being backed, he got a very severe abscess, that actually came out in 4 different places. So Mac is just coming back to light work at this time. I will say, he was an amazing patient through that whole experience. It had to be soaked and wrapped for a month! Otherwise he seems very healthy, and would excel in show ring, as he is very flashy. Easy to handle and teach new things. Would make an excellent partner for someone looking for their next horse. He is good next to other geldings and doesn't mind being alone stalled or pastured. Mac gets quieter and quieter as time passes since getting gelded. Asking a small rehoming fee to good home only. Will go with contract.
